ST. PIERRE GROUP
The brief for this project was to plan and execute the installation of 180 individual retail display units, specifically designed for St Pierre Group by our client partner Creative Instore Solutions, into over 80 retail stores within a very challenging time scale
The units would require assembly in-store and full merchandising.
Our solution was to offer an end-to-end strategy which included:
- Management and distribution of inbound product
- Training of installation crews (unit assembly & merchandising)
- Route planning
- Communication with store staff
- Full reporting to client
The result was the units were installed and fully merchandised at all locations within 6 days which was ahead of schedule

When our client needed to rapidly deploy the trial of a revolutionary new point of sale shelf management system, they came to us for help.
The project entailed the assembly and installation of a complex shelf management system in 12 retail stores across the UK in 48 hours

When our client called needing 4 x Samsung free standing sales units siting and merchandising at two locations over 200 miles away at four hours notice, our response, no problem!
The job entailed collecting the units and stock, briefing the install crew, transporting the units, siting and merchandising with real time reporting and updates to the client.
